A unique Camera based inspection station for visual inspection, measurement and generation of CAD drawings.
Featuring a 7:1 zoom lens, high resolution optics, horizontal light path and heavy duty work stage, this unit can be customised with special fixtures, for inspection, measurement, and tracing to CAD and re-engineering a wide range of cutting tools, like Solid Carbide, PCD, HSS tools - ball-nose cutters, end mills, special form tools, stepped drills, burrs, routers and such.
Salient Features:
- High precision imported Cross Roller and L.M. Guides for high accuracy and repeatability of the workstage.
- Hardened/ ground workstage, satin Hard Chrome plated.
- Calibrated at 20 degrees centigrade with masters from U.K., traceable to international standards.
