DYNASCAN Geometric Measurement System DGMS 3
A computer based system, interfaced with a Profile Projector or Vision Inspection System, becomes a powerful tool for dimensional control, reverse engineering, tracing and export of designs to AutoCad.

Salient Features:
Micro-processor based controller with hyper threading technology, optical drive, high resolution monitor, keyboard and mouse for easy man-machine interface.
  • Dimensions, tolerances, constructions, comparison with CAD master drawings for SPC analysis.
  • Measurements presented as drawings, graphs, bar charts and spreadsheets. Measurement of the first part automatically becomes a stored program for repetitive inspections.
  • User friendly and can be mastered quickly on the shop-floor, increasing productivity and accuracy.
  • "Self teach" function creates measurement templates/programs. Available as manual, motorized or full CNC models.

SPC DATA:
Data is captured for SPC analysis and presented with 1, 2 and 3 Sigma tolerance bands. CP and CPK values are also generated for monitoring of process capability.

PART COMPARISONS
Measured parts can be quickly and easily compared with design dimensions by super imposing CAD drawings and measuring the deviation. Form errors can also be compared, enabling fast corrections to the tool or machine setting.
